FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (F.A.Q.):

A: We specialize in posed group and individual photography (a.k.a. team and individual portraits). Some of the groups we photograph are (not limited to): school sports, youth leagues, pre-schools, class photos, community teams, clubs, camps, organizations, and businesses. Head shots are also available. If you have a small group of 10, large group of over 100, or league of more than 1000, we'll meet your needs. No group is too big!

A: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Money Order, or Paypal. Pay online or contact us to make a payment.

A: No. It is illegal and against copyright laws to scan, copy, or reproduce our photos in any way. Ritchie Photography reserves the copyright to all images. Please contact us to re-order if you need additonal prints or permission to use our images. A digital file of your individual image with copyright release to reproduce it may be purchased here.

A: Yes. Call or order Online any time. It is slightly more expensive to re-order so it is best to order on photo day.

A: Yes. Any package can be modified to include "buddy photos" instead of "individual photos" at no extra charge.

A: PAYMENT IS REQUIRED ON PHOTO DAY. Currently, we offer an IOU (I owe you) service on photo day for those who truly forget their money (must sign up and take photo). Pay Online, by phone, or by mail within 48 hours of photo day to avoid a late fee. Ordering after 48 hours requires a late fee. You do NOT see your image before ordering. This is a courtesy service.

*ATTENTION: We may be forced to require a fee for all orders that are not paid ON photo day (no 48 hour grace period). This is due to an increasing number of individuals not having payment ready on photo day.

A: No. Exceptions are sometimes made for very large leagues and groups that have hundreds of participants.

A: No. While we all know this is technically possible, there is a long list of reasons why we don't offer this.

A: Yes. If it is a mistake that we made there will be no charge. If we filled your order correctly, there will be a charge.

A: No. Payment is required on photo day. However, we always offer a full refund if you are not happy with your photos for any reason.

A: Yes. Call or order Online any time. However, you still need to bring your filled out order form to photo day so we can match your order to your images.

A: Contact us and we'll work to resolve the issue. While it is an extremely rare occurrence, we do offer a full refund if you're not happy.
